Unlike conventional molding or extrusion, Dynamic Molding enables freeform 3D printing of silicones without molds or chemical reformulation, while directly integrating functional additives within the material.

In healthcare, we produce 3D-printed silicone anatomical models with exceptional anatomical accuracy and realistic haptic feedback for surgical simulation, pre-operative planning, and medical device validation. 

For aerospace and defense, Dynamic Molding enables high-performance silicone parts with complex geometries and tailored fire-resistant, mechanical, or electromagnetic shielding properties.

Recently, 3Deus Dynamics secured €3.7 million through the France 2030 program to accelerate industrial scale-up with an AI-automated, multi-robot production line.

Dr. Julien Barthes is CEO and co-founder of 3Deus Dynamics. He holds a PhD in physical chemistry of polymers and biomaterials science. With over 10 years of experience in tissue engineering, additive manufacturing, and MedTech innovation, he has led international R&D programs, managed innovation funding, and driven the development and market launch of 3D-printed medical devices.
