Rasmus E. Christiansen is an Associate Professor at DTU’s Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. He holds degrees in Physics and Mathematical Modelling and earned his PhD in 2016 at DTU. His research focuses on computational wave physics and topology optimization for electromagnetics, mechanics, and acoustics. He has visited leading institutions worldwide and collaborates with experimental groups to bridge simulation and realization while teaching and mentoring in related fields.
